Opportunity:

PT - Multi-Modality Position

Job Details:

• Multi-modality position covering home health, outpatient, and acute care settings
• Work at area facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits
• Monday through Friday day shift schedule
• Preferred shift length of 8 hours, but 4x10 schedule may be considered
• Strong general physical therapy experience required
• Experience in post-operative care, sports injury, and geriatrics required
• Both outpatient and inpatient experience preferred
• Outpatient experience is required
• Manager interview required prior to offer
