Physical Therapist - Redwood Health Club (AHUV)

Job Details:

• Day shift schedule working Monday through Friday
• 5 x 8-hour shifts with options for 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (depending on lunch break preference)
• No call responsibilities required
• 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required
• CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor required
• Must provide start date, middle name, RTO, birthdate and SSN for credentialing
