Opportunity:

1ST TIMERS - ER RN - Req 10284

Job Details:

• Patient ratio of 1:4 across all shifts (days, nights, and weekends)
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating between units required
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Extensive skill requirements including trauma care, emergency medications, procedural sedation, triage, and management of various emergency conditions
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours pre-start and annually
• May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
• Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start
• Any color scrubs acceptable; surgical services scrubs provided for SPT

Facility:

This healthcare facility is a short-term acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center that utilizes Epic charting systems. The facility provides comprehensive emergency services with extensive interdisciplinary support and modern equipment. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and offers a collaborative environment with various support services to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Free parking is provided for staff members.
