Opportunity:

Home Health PT - Medford OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
• May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard (1:1 ratio)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Required certification: BLS
• Oasis experience required - must be disclosed if traveler does not have Oasis experience
• Charting system: EPIC/Oasis
• Traveler must have their own reliable transportation
• Occasional patient visit radius of 50+ miles; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
• Facility will call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• Any color scrubs accepted
• Free parking available
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
• Relevant skills include: acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility, body mechanics, post-op care, spinal conditions, joint replacements, neurological conditions, home exercise programs, and patient/family education
