Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM and Monday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (3 shifts per week)
• Minimal call requirements of 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks
• No routine call required
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Travel experience required
• Charting system: Epic (required)
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Required certifications: BLS
• Required specialty experience: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Neurology, Vascular, and Urology
• Preferred experience: Da Vinci Robotic Surgery, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmology
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Serve patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in a 14-room/14-bed surgical unit with a daily census of 45
• Procedures include but are not limited to: total joint replacement, craniotomy, carotid endarterectomy, laparoscopic assisted cases, lumbar fusion, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, cholecystectomy, and robotic-assisted surgeries

This healthcare facility is a full-service hospital offering a comprehensive range of surgical services across multiple specialties including orthopedics, neurology, vascular, urology, and general surgery. The facility supports advanced surgical technology including robotic surgery capabilities and maintains a high-volume operating room environment. With Trauma Level I designation, the facility is equipped to handle complex and critical patient cases across a broad spectrum of surgical disciplines.
