Opportunity:

Maternity L&D

Job Details:

• Variable shift schedule working 3x12 hour shifts
• Must be willing to work both day and night shifts
• 4-5 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Provide care for obstetrics patients (ante-partum, intra-partum and post-partum), gynecology, and newborns
• Maintain RN to patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:2
• Epic/Stork electronic health record experience required
• Float to mother/baby unit, possibly pediatrics or any adult floor if needed for helping hands assistance
• Work within 75 mile radius rule for travel assignments
• Local candidates accepted with local rate applied for those living less than 75 miles from facility

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive 18-bed maternity and labor & delivery unit equipped with specialized areas including triage beds, antepartum beds, operating rooms for cesarean sections, recovery beds, and dedicated labor & delivery rooms. The facility maintains excellent nurse-to-patient ratios and utilizes modern electronic health record systems to ensure optimal patient care throughout the birthing process and postpartum recovery.
