Opportunity:

LTC / SNF PT

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s)
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• No on-call required
• No weekend requirement
• No floating between units
• Block scheduling not available
• Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled SNF and/or LTC experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience with central line blood draws, central line dressing changes, IV pumps, and starting IVs required
• Must have experience with PointClickCare charting system
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics
• Required skills include acute care, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, long-term acute care, neurology, and skilled nursing facility care
• Required certification: BLS
• Black scrubs required
• Traveler is expected to have their own transportation
• Free parking available
• IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided

This long-term care and skilled nursing facility provides comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients, offering a range of specialized services including rehabilitation and transitional care. The facility is equipped with modern charting systems and supports an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Staff are expected to maintain high standards of clinical practice in a structured and supportive environment.
