Opportunity:
PT - Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Job Details:
• Monday through Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday availability per needs of unit
• Average of 10–12 patients scheduled per day with typically 8–11 seen
• Appointments are 30 and 45 minutes in duration
• Typically 1–3 evaluations per day with remaining appointments being follow-ups
• Primarily outpatient care with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
• Additional exposure to geriatric and neurological patient populations
• Opportunity for a blended role across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience will also be considered
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• 40-hour orientation
• Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility

This facility offers a comprehensive rehabilitation setting with a primary focus on outpatient orthopedic care. It serves a diverse patient population spanning adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics, with a daily census of approximately 12 patients. The facility provides an interdisciplinary environment with exposure to multiple care settings including acute care and inpatient rehabilitation, supporting a well-rounded clinical experience for healthcare professionals.
