Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2661.20
Opportunity:
PT Needed - Outpatient primarily
Job Details:
• 13-week assignment with ASAP start
• Monday through Friday day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Primary responsibility in the outpatient setting with potential care in critical access hospital and long-term care facility as needed
• Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of diagnoses and conditions
• Approximately 5 patient visits per day
• May be required to float to different units
• Skilled in areas including acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facility settings
• Experience with conditions such as low back pain, cervicalgia, post-op shoulder and spinal surgeries, total hip and knee replacements, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury
• Provide home exercise programs and patient/family education
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Kansas state license or compact license required (pending KS license accepted)
• Required certification: BLS
• 1 reference required
