PT - Home Health

Job Details:

• 5x8 shift schedule, Monday through Friday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Scheduled for 6-7 patient visits per day
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations
• Home health experience required; HCHB preferred
• Coverage area includes Montgomery and upper Prince George's County
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Block schedule available Monday through Friday
• Maximum of 1 request for time off
• Local candidates accepted
• Two supervisor references required
• Maryland or Compact PT state license required and must be active at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Skills include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics

This home health organization provides comprehensive in-home physical therapy services across a wide service area, supporting a large patient population with a payroll census of over 700. The organization offers interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and social services, ensuring a collaborative care environment for patients across adult and geriatric age groups.
