Opportunity:
Home Health OT - West Portland OR and Surrounding Areas
Job Details:
• 8-hour day shifts (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s)
• 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patients visited per day; 30 productivity points standard
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted; considered local within 50-75 mile radius
• Guaranteed hours: facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• Traveler is expected to have their own reliable personal transportation
• Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
• OASIS experience required
• Charting systems: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover phone app; EPIC experience preferred
• Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
• Required certification: BLS
• Oregon license required
• Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics
• Common patient diagnoses include Dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, orthopedic post-op, and post-stroke
• Preferred experience: OASIS documentation, Home Health, Billing, and National Patient Safety Goals/Core Measures
