Opportunity:

RN - Resource Pool (Medsurg/Stepdown/Tele)

Job Details:

• Weekend night shift cluster schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday) from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Acute care setting
• Position covers ALL Medsurg/Stepdown/Telemetry units
• Ratios are 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:6 for Medsurg/Telemetry
• Each unit has up to 34 beds
• Epic charting system experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Must be well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, Oncology
• Royal blue scrubs required
• BSN not required
• Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week contract
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• Units covered include: MedSurg, Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma & General Surgery, Long Term Antibiotic Infusion, Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology, and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit

Facility:

This is a Level 1 trauma center providing comprehensive acute care services across multiple specialized units. The facility operates a wide range of inpatient services including neurosciences, orthopedics, oncology, trauma and general surgery, and epilepsy monitoring. The organization utilizes Epic as its electronic health records system and maintains high standards of patient care across all units.
