Opportunity:

Float Tech - MRI

Job Details:

• Float position requiring travel between all buildings within the facility
• Work 4x10 shifts, Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• Hours will vary depending on coverage needs (examples: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Will work holidays if they fall on a scheduled shift
• No on-call required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
• Siemens experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Radiation badge not required
• Scrub color: Teal top, black bottom
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics
• Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services, radiology, and unit secretary
• Required MRI skills include: abdomen, brain, cervical, female and male pelvis, gradient echo imaging, MRA, MRV, MRCP, perfusion, contrast media preparation and administration, spinal trauma, starting peripheral IVs, T-1 and T-2 weighted images, multiplanar reconstruction, and more
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

This is a large Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center with 865 total staffed beds.
