Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient/Ortho Rural Healthcare Clinic

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient and orthopedic care required
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
• Determine patient diagnosis, prognosis, and necessary intervention strategies
• Design and modify therapeutic intervention plans to help patients regain ability to perform daily activities
• Focus on injury and disability prevention through health, fitness, and wellness promotion across all age groups
• Engage in knowledge sharing with colleagues and the community and contribute to physical therapy research
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries
• Ensure timely submission of charges for services rendered
• Must have graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Must be a member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required, or permit from licensing board while awaiting licensure examination
• Current CPR certification required
