Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2558.40

Opportunity:

OT

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts starting at 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday with 2 weekend days per month
• Primarily work in a skilled nursing facility with float responsibilities to an inpatient acute care hospital located on the same campus
• Treat 7-9 patients per day
• Cover stations A, B, C, and D
• Inpatient care setting only
• Common diagnoses include CVA, TKA, THA, and COPD
• Floor-specific orientation provided
• Holiday shifts may be required
• No weekend requirement beyond the 2 weekend days per month schedule
• Required certifications: California OT license and BLS
• Charting completed in Cerner EMR
• Scrub color required: Burgundy
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
• 2 supervisory references from the submitting modality required at submittal (charge references accepted); 1 within the last 12 months and 1 within the last 3 years

The facility utilizes Cerner as its electronic medical records system and provides floor-specific orientation to support incoming staff.
