Opportunity:

RN - ICU/Step-Down

Job Details:

• 3 twelve-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• No blocked scheduling
• Every other weekend requirement
• Travelers usually do not work holidays, depending on schedule and permanent staff availability
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• 6 private beds in a high acuity step-down/low acuity ICU unit
• Must be expected to float to Tele-MedSurg unit
• 1 shift of floor orientation will be provided
• Common diagnoses and patient types include sepsis, COPD, DKA, overdose, renal, surgical, and respiratory issues
• EMR system: TruBridge - Evident (CPSI-Evident)
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Must have critical access hospital experience
• Will be expected to take an ECG exam on the first day
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• BSN not required
• Cancellation policy: Able to cancel 1 week's worth of guaranteed hours over a 13-week period

The facility utilizes the TruBridge - Evident charting system and maintains a strong focus on critical care services.
