RN - Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Details:

• Night shift position with 36-hour or 48-hour weekly schedule options available (must declare preference at time of submission)
• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must work at least every other holiday
• PBDS Assessment is waived
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation - acceptable scores required on both (maximum 2 attempts allowed)
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS - all must be active with nothing pending
• Must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty are required - references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
