Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (3x12s)
• Every Saturday and Sunday required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• No float requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of OR experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Specialty experience required in Robotics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, and Trauma
• DaVinci Robot and Orthopedics experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA only)
• Virginia state license required
• Scrub color: Blue, all other attire per facility dress code policy

This facility is a large 495-bed hospital offering a comprehensive surgical services department including a main operating room. The facility supports a wide range of surgical specialties and utilizes advanced technology including the DaVinci Robotic surgical system. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and requires proficiency with Epic EMR to support efficient clinical operations across its surgical teams.
