Opportunity:
RN - OR
Job Details:
• 4x10 day shift schedule with flexible shift lengths of 8, 10, or 12 hours available
• Shift start times available at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 3:00 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• Call required: approximately 48-56 hours per 6-week schedule, typically breaking down to 6-7 eight-hour call shifts per 6 weeks
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must have Ortho and Spine experience
• Experience required in: Ortho, Spine, Vascular, ENT, General, and GYN
• Circulate responsibilities include: ENT, General Surgery, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, Ortho, Plastics, Post-op, and Pre-op
• Scrub responsibilities include: Vascular
• CVOR, neuro, and robotics experience not required
• Prefer RNs who can scrub proficiently, not necessarily total joints
• Patient population includes Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients
• Case mix is 40% Inpatient and 60% Ambulatory/Outpatient with standard community hospital surgical cases
• Facility operates 8 OR rooms
• Required certifications: BLS; ACLS preferred
• Epic charting system experience is a hard stop requirement
• 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

The operating room department supports a diverse surgical caseload including orthopedic, spine, vascular, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, and plastics procedures. The facility serves adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing a well-rounded surgical environment for experienced OR nurses.
