Opportunity:

Ultrasound/Pediatrics

Job Details:

• Work 4x10-hour night shifts Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Flexibility to work additional days as needed
• No on-call required
• Position is fully in-house with no travel between buildings or campus locations required
• Daily caseload varies
• Perform pediatric ultrasound procedures including NEC and TCD, spines, liver Doppler (all vessels), renal Doppler, renal transplants, extremity venous Doppler, intussusception, pyloric stenosis, appendix, and neonatal heads
• Preferred experience includes liver transplants
• Patients include infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with two to three years of dedicated pediatric ultrasound experience preferred
• Pediatric hospital experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS and ARDMS or ARRT certification
• Must have graduated from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• No radiation badge required
• Scrub colors: teal tops and black bottoms
• Charting system: Epic
• Parking fee applies for nights and weekends only — one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

This is a Magnet-designated, teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center with 865 total staffed beds. The facility includes a dedicated children's hospital providing specialized pediatric care across a wide range of disciplines. The organization supports advanced clinical practices and utilizes Epic for charting, offering a high-acuity environment with interdisciplinary support for complex patient cases.
