PT - Pelvic Health

Job Details:

• Work in an outpatient clinic setting
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
• Determine diagnosis, prognosis, and necessary intervention strategies based on assessment results
• Design and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and functional limitations
• Help patients regain ability to perform daily activities
• Focus on injury and disability prevention by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups
• Engage in knowledge sharing with colleagues and community and contribute to physical therapy research
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries
• Ensure timely submission of charges for services rendered
• Minimum 4 years of pelvic health experience required
• Must be a graduate of an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• Pelvic Health Certification required
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or permit from licensing board while awaiting licensure examination required
• Current CPR Certification required
