Opportunity:
Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Job Details:
• Full-time position working 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Weekday schedule with no weekend requirements
• Located at the Willits Clinic in Basalt, Colorado
• Evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Work to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado required
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required; 3-5 years preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
