OR - Scrub Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10-hour shifts per day with rotating days off on either Friday or Monday as needed
• Call requirements of 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks
• 2 weekends shifts per contract required
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Charting system: Epic (required)
• Required specialties: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Vascular, and Urology
• Preferred experience: Da Vinci Robotic Surgery, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmology
• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• 14-room, 14-bed operating suite with a daily census of 45
• Required certification: BLS
• Required skills include but are not limited to: abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, anterior cervical fusion, arthroscopy, carotid endarterectomy, cholecystectomy, craniotomy, cystoscopy, hernia repair, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, nephrectomy, open and closed reduction of fractures, total joint replacement, prostatectomy, thyroidectomy, Whipple procedure, and laparoscopic assisted cases

This facility is a well-established health system offering a comprehensive range of surgical services across multiple specialties. The operating suite consists of 14 rooms and supports a high daily census, providing travelers with a dynamic and fast-paced surgical environment. The facility maintains Trauma Level I capabilities and supports a wide array of advanced procedures including robotic-assisted surgeries across multiple disciplines.
