Opportunity:
Home Health OT
Job Details:
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population: Geriatrics
• Required certification: BLS
• Average of 6 patient visits per day with an average daily census of 115
• Full-time productivity is approximately 25 units per week
• HomeCare Homebase (HCHB) experience required until 10/1/2026; Epic experience required after 10/1/2026
• Clinicians without HCHB experience must complete an online HCHB course prior to starting
• Scrub color: Any color
• No weekend shifts required
• Floating within facility and scope of practice required as needed
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate, tracked through HCHB
• Coverage area includes Washington, Johnson, Jefferson, and Emanuel counties with occasional support in Burke, Screven, Bulloch, and Jenkins counties
• Average daily mileage is 50–100 miles
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
• Holiday work expectations apply based on number of major holidays falling within assignment period
• Preferred skills include adaptive equipment assessment, cognitive assessment, OASIS, home assessment, plan of care, reassessments, and wheelchair evaluation
• Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy
