Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule: could be called two to three times Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend shifts are strictly on-call only
• Holiday requirements are on-call only
• Acute care setting
• Perform ultrasound studies including general, OB/GYN, small parts, and Dopplers for legs and arms
• Average approximately 10 scans/studies per day
• Work with two GE machines and one Phillips machine in a department with 3 scanners/rooms
• No floating or coverage of other areas required
• No IV starts required
• Charting system: Epic; PACS system: Synapse
• Required certifications: ARDMS (RDMS - OB, AB, General), BLS (AHA)
• Agency must provide radiation badge
• Professional scrub colors required (scrubs not provided)
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a dedicated ultrasound department equipped with multiple imaging systems to support a wide range of diagnostic studies. The department utilizes industry-standard electronic medical record and imaging systems to ensure efficient and accurate patient care. An on-site radiologist is available on Wednesdays to support the clinical team.
