Opportunity:
Cath Lab - RN/Tech
Job Details:
• 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• 13-week contract accepted
• Target ratio of 3 rooms
• Call requirement: 9-11 days in a 6-week schedule with 1-2 weekends depending on rotation; callback and weekend call required
• Floating could be required but would be rare; if required, float would be to EP or the patient holding area inside the Cath Lab
• Structural Heart Scrub experience is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Required skills: Scrub, Monitor, PA Lines and Telemetry, Structural Heart and TAVR experience
• Required Cath Lab procedure experience: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablator
• Preferred skills: Circulate, IV Start, Conscious Sedation, Rhythm Interpretation
• Preferred Cath Lab procedure experience: Watchman Procedures, Septal Closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement
• Complex procedures performed in the lab include: complex PCIs, laser atherectomy, peripheral vascular interventions, PFO/ASD closures, EKOS, Impella, and IABP
• Unit systems: EPIC and MAC Lab
• Treats adult patient population
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and at least one of the following: RCIS or ARRT
• Scrubs provided
Facility:
This facility features a fully equipped cardiac catheterization laboratory that performs a wide range of complex cardiovascular procedures. The unit operates Monday through Friday and is staffed to handle both standard and highly complex interventional procedures. The lab maintains advanced systems and technology to support comprehensive cardiac care and is supported by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality patient outcomes.
