RN - Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), NIHSS must be obtained prior to start
• Epic experience required
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both is required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
• Must be available to work at least every other holiday
