Opportunity:

RN - Home Health

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday day shifts with no weekends or holidays
• Scheduled 6 to 7 patient visits per day
• Covering Montgomery County and lower Frederick County for PTO coverage
• HCHB (Pointcare) charting system experience required
• OASIS paperwork experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Skills required include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics
• Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services and social services
• Required certification: BLS
• Maryland or Compact nursing license must be active and in hand at submission
• Two supervisor references required
• Must be nicotine-free
• Pre-approved time off: one occurrence allowed

This home health organization serves a large patient population across Montgomery County and lower Frederick County, Maryland, with a daily census payroll of over 700 patients. The organization provides comprehensive home health services supported by an interdisciplinary team that includes interpretation services and social services. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes the HCHB Pointcare charting system to support clinical documentation and care coordination.
