Opportunity:

RN - ANTEPARTUM/LABOR AND DELIVERY

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• Work in Antepartum unit utilizing Labor & Delivery RN skillset
• Patient ratios of 3:1 and 4:1, occasionally 2:1 depending on acuity
• 24-bed unit with a teamwork-oriented environment
• Perform non-stress tests, hyperemesis management, insulin drips, magnesium administration, and heparin drips
• Use EMR systems Meditech and CPN
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, NRP
• Previous Labor & Delivery or Antepartum experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented approach required
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs required

This facility is located within a dedicated Women's Tower and houses a 24-bed Antepartum unit staffed by a skilled team including charge nurses, registered nurses, and support staff. The unit is equipped with modern EMR technology and focuses on high-acuity maternal care, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment for traveling healthcare professionals.
