Job Details:

• 48-hour or 36-hour contracts available
• 8, 10, or 13-week contract lengths available
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Must be willing to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day
• 2 years of previous experience required
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
• Illinois state license required; Iowa license required upon offer
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
• Experience with chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, and central lines required
• Experience with Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, and Argatroban including some titration required
• Patient ratio historically maintained at 1:7
• EMR system: EPIC
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Driver's license required
• Work history/resume required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
• License verification required
• Copy of required certifications required
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
