Opportunity:
Registered Nurse - Sierra Med/Tele
Job Details:
• 3x12 night shift schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirements
• Must have 2+ years of Med Surg/Tele experience
• Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment required
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must pass a telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips
• May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
• Required to pick up one additional shift during each schedule period
• Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
• Provide comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and their families
• Responsible for individualized patient outcomes over an entire episode of care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Coordinate care between other medical professionals as needed

This facility is the region's only Level II Trauma Center, treating over 80,000 emergency and trauma patients per year across two emergency rooms.
