Opportunity:
RN - OR
Job Details:
• Variable day shift positions with call coverage required
• Flexibility to cover all shifts required
• Facility reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or unforeseen circumstances
• Must reside at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered
• Minimum 18 months of Registered Nurse experience required
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing required
• Montana Registered Nurse licensure required
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
• 1 year of circulating experience preferred
• 1 year of scrub experience preferred
• Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions
• Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Comply with hospital policies and protocols related to hyperacute and acute stroke care
• Complete two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease education within one year of hire
• Complete one hour annually of cerebrovascular disease education
• Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professional demeanor at all times
• Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment with minimal oversight
