Opportunity:
RN - MICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assigned to the Medical ICU (MICU) unit on Floor 4
• Patient ratio of 2:1 (estimated, never guaranteed)
• Unit consists of 26 beds with a staff of 65
• Night shift staffing includes Charge RN, RN, and PCT
• Utilize CRRT equipment as part of daily responsibilities
• Work with Meditech/CPN electronic medical records system
• Perform moderate sedation and hemodynamic monitoring and airway management procedures
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU RN hospital experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Experience traveling to large trauma facilities preferred
• Sono IV and CRRT experience preferred
• Must demonstrate strong teamwork, coachability, adaptability, and a positive attitude
