Opportunity:
Ultrasound Tech
Job Details:
• 3x12 night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 8-week assignment length
• Guaranteed 60 hours per 2-week period with the possibility of being called off for 1 shift per 2-week period
• No on-call responsibilities required
• May float to Pacific (women's/children's) campus approximately 2 miles away if STAT exams are needed
• Perform ultrasound imaging across a wide range of areas including abdominal, OB/GYN, breast, vascular, and emergency department studies
• Work with patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Charting system: Epic (experience required)
• Scrub color: Any (no reddish orange permitted)
• Parking is facility paid
• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS
• Preferred certifications: ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, ARRT S
• Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Community hospital experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Facility:
This facility is a Level II Trauma Center offering comprehensive care across outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient settings. With 571 total staffed beds across two campuses, the facility provides a wide range of medical services to diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. The organization utilizes Epic for charting and maintains high standards for clinical excellence and patient care.
