Opportunity:
RN - Sierra Med/Tele
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Schedule varies based on department needs and can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
• Must pick up one additional shift during each schedule period
• May be required to float to other departments up to competency level
• Low census call-off may occur up to 48 hours per 13-week contract, either full or partial shifts
• Provide comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and their families/caregivers
• Diagnose and treat human responses to health problems through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate care between other professionals as needed
• Must have 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Must pass a telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips
