Opportunity:

Home Health OT - Medford OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
• May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
• 1:1 patient ratio
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Oasis experience required
• Required certification: BLS
• Traveler must have reliable personal transportation
• Typical patient visits grouped to minimize drive time; occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles
• Charting system: EPIC/Oasis
• Attire: Any color scrubs
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
• Parking is free
• Skills include: Acute Care, Activities of Daily Living, Biofeedback, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Edema Massage, Electrical Stimulation, Feeding Techniques, TENS, Ultrasound, Arthritis Program, Hand Injury, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Soft Tissue Injuries, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Upper and Lower Extremity Prosthetics, and Splinting
