RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Contract options available for 13 to 18 weeks
• Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS must be active and in hand at time of submission
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required from assignments worked within the past 12 months
• Pre-start modules averaging 6 to 15 hours are required to be completed prior to start date
