Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Job Details:

• Primary placement in inpatient/acute care setting with possible float to connected outpatient clinic if inpatient census drops
• Standard shift schedule Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Possible Saturday shifts may be arranged in advance to allow for a weekday off
• Possible Sunday on-call shifts may be arranged ahead of time
• On some weekdays, shift may adjust to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to attend morning MDRs when another team member is scheduled off
• Treat a mixed patient caseload including orthopedic, neurological, general medical, and surgical patients
• Strong inpatient/acute care skills required as the primary therapist serving this setting
• Charting completed in MEDITECH system
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
