Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses, including to the Stepdown unit as needed
• Patient ratio is 1:5-6 on day shifts and 1:6-7 on night shifts
• RNs work alongside Patient Care Techs
• Black or Navy Blue scrubs required
• EMR system: EPIC
• At least 2 years of previous Med Surg experience required
• Stepdown/Cardiac experience preferred
• First time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Iowa and Illinois state licenses required
• Driver's license required
• Work history/resume required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
• License verification required
• Copy of required certifications required
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
• Must be available to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
