RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13 to 20 week contract options available
• Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS — all must be active and in hand at time of submission
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation with a minimum passing score required (maximum of 2 attempts allowed)
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required from assignments worked within the past 12 months
