Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath & EP Lab

Job Details:

• Work in a Cardiac Cath & EP Lab setting on the first floor
• 3-person team per patient ratio
• Minimum 1-2 late nights required each week
• May float to Cath Lab or Pre/Post areas based on experience
• Required to circulate, scrub, and/or monitor during procedures
• Must be proficient in ablation procedures including AFib, AFlutter, VT, SVT, and PVC
• Must be experienced with LAAO procedures including Watchman and Amulet devices
• Must be experienced with device implants including PPM, ICD, and Bi-V PPM/ICD
• Preferred skills include Loop implant/explant, Leadless PPM, and Lead Extraction
• Typical procedures include ablations, LAAO, and device implants
• Equipment used includes Philips and GE procedure tables and GE BT22 documentation system
• EMR system is Meditech
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Dress code: Seal Blue scrubs
• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to adjust setup and working habits to fit lab and physician needs required

Facility:

This facility houses a Cardiac Cath and EP Lab staffed with a minimum of 6 professionals daily, consisting of a mix of RNs and Rad Techs/RCIS. The lab performs a wide range of complex cardiac procedures and is equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality patient care. The team operates with a structured 3-person team per patient model, ensuring focused and comprehensive care throughout each procedure.
