Opportunity:

PT - Home Health

Job Details:

• Day shift position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Treat 5-6 units per day including start of care, discharge, recertification, and regular visits
• All patients are seen in a home health setting
• Cover multiple counties in West Virginia including Webster and Nicholas counties as priority coverage areas
• Mileage and productivity considered based on therapist's location
• Common diagnoses include general orthopedics (hips, knees), generalized weakness, strengthening, and cardiac rehab
• Self-scheduling allowed with flexibility to organize patients by area according to visit guidelines
• Work alongside a team of 4 PTAs
• Document using Epic charting system
• Orientation takes place at the Gassaway office with a focus on Epic documentation, tailored to individual clinician needs
• Dress code: Navy scrubs or khaki bottoms with a navy polo
• Must hold any PT licensure requirements for practicing in the state of West Virginia
• Required certifications: BLS
• Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week contract
