Opportunity:
RN - OR
Job Details:
• Seasonal travel RN position in the Operating Room
• Flexible scheduling with either four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts per week
• Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Required to work one late night per week
• Required to work one 8-hour Saturday every 4th week
• Required to complete one 8-hour call shift per month on Saturday or Sunday
• 30-minute response time required for on-call shifts
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Work with advanced equipment including DaVinci Robotics SI, XI and Mako
• EMR system: Meditech/CPN
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedics, GYN, general, urology, cardiothoracic, vascular, plastics, dental, eyes, pediatrics, spine, neuro, trauma, TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN hospital experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience working with DaVinci Robotics preferred
• Ortho, neurology, and vascular experience highly preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Strong patient care experience and communication skills with staff and providers essential

This facility is a large acute care medical center housing a 28-bed operating room unit that supports a wide range of complex surgical specialties. The facility features state-of-the-art technology including DaVinci Robotics SI and XI systems along with Mako robotic technology, reflecting its commitment to advanced surgical care. The operating room team performs high-acuity procedures across multiple specialties, making it a dynamic and fast-paced environment for experienced OR nurses.
