Opportunity:

RN OR

Job Details:

• Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Night shift on-call from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Monday through Friday)
• Weekend requirement every 5 to 6 weekends
• One on-call night per week required
• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required
• Active NH state license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Recent OR experience required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Grey scrubs supplied, laundered, and changed daily by the hospital
• Work in a 4-room OR suite with a team of 5 RNs and 6 surgical technologists
• Perform and assist with a wide range of surgical procedures including robotic procedures (prostatectomy, hysterectomy), orthopedic procedures (shoulders, knees, hips, trauma), GYN (laparoscopic, robotic, and open), general surgery, ENT, podiatry, and spine procedures (fusions, laminectomies, ACDF)
• Utilize Meditech EMR system
• Float to endoscopy unit when needed
• Flexible and positive attitude required

Facility:

This medical center features a well-established surgical unit recognized as a Unit of Distinction in 2019, with strong CNOR-certified staff. The facility is Joint Commission certified in both knee and hip procedures and operates four OR rooms supported by experienced surgical teams including first assist surgical technologists. The surgical department handles a broad range of complex procedures across multiple specialties, utilizing robotic technology and modern surgical techniques.
