Opportunity:

SEASONAL - TRAVEL - RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Schedule runs Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 (estimated, never guaranteed)
• Work in a Main OR unit with 284 beds and a staff of 55
• Perform procedures including vascular/hybrid OR, trauma, and neuro cases
• Operate DaVinci Robotics equipment; robotics experience is highly preferred and will be given priority
• Use Meditech/CPN EMR system; prior Meditech experience preferred
• On-call hours from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday with a 30-minute response time required; no overnight on-call required
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience required
• Previous travel experience to large trauma OR facilities preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and team player personality preferred

This facility is a large, well-equipped medical center featuring a main operating room unit with 284 beds and a robust staff of 55 professionals. The facility supports advanced surgical procedures including vascular/hybrid OR, trauma, and neurosurgery, and is equipped with cutting-edge technology including DaVinci Robotics. The organization maintains both day and on-call staffing to ensure comprehensive surgical coverage and emphasizes a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
