Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4 (rare)
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• Level II-III NICU experience required; Level III-IV experience preferred
• Work with equipment including HFOV, central lines, conventional vents, CPAP, NIPPV, and ostomy care
• Utilize EMR systems CPN and Meditech
• Perform procedures including surgery (except heads/hearts), respiratory support, and micro-preemie care
• Required certifications: BLS and NRP
• Scrub color required: Royal Blue
• Floating to Nursery may be required
• Teamwork-oriented personality preferred

Facility:

This healthcare facility operates a 41-bed NICU unit with a staff of 60 professionals dedicated to providing specialized neonatal care. The unit runs both day and night shifts with one charge nurse and nine or more RNs per shift, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support. The facility is equipped with advanced medical technology and follows structured unit guidelines to maintain high standards of patient care.
