Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Specialty Unit

Job Details:

• Work in a 26-bed Cardiac Specialty Unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
• Unit staffing includes Charge Nurse, Bedside Nurse, PCT, and Unit Secretary support
• Self-scheduling with weekend requirements: three weekend shifts in a four-week period on day shift and four weekend shifts in a four-week period on night shift
• No on-call requirements
• Float to Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, and OSS units as needed
• Telemetry experience required
• Advanced skills in managing cardiac patients post-procedure preferred
• Perform titration of IV medications including cardiac, heparin, and insulin
• Experience with pacemakers required
• Documentation completed using Meditech system
• Required dress code: Royal blue scrub top with black pants
