Opportunity:

RADIATION THERAPIST- TrueBeam EXP REQ

Job Details:

• 4x10 day shifts, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Adult Acute Care work experience required
• TrueBeam experience required
• Charting systems: Epic and Aria
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ARRT(T)
• Treat patients of all cancer diagnoses including adults and geriatrics
• Daily census of 35-55 patients with approximately 25 visits per day
• Work within a 2-room unit with a patient ratio of 2 per day
• Perform specialized procedures including Hyperarc, IGRT, SRS/SBRT, and DIBH
• Utilize Orfit setup equipment
• Skills required include: CBCT/kV/mV imaging, chart checks, craniospinal treatments, external beam therapy, IMRT, stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), respiratory gating, radiation safety, and prostate cancer with seeds/fiducials
• No floating between units required
• Interpretation services available for interdisciplinary support
