Opportunity:

MRI Tech

Job Details:

• 3x12 night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Float requirement: Thursday and Friday at NHRMC Ortho and Saturday at the main hospital
• No on-call requirement
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers will not be accepted
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT MR, BLS
• Required skills: abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral magnetic resonance angiography, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2 weighted images, CINE
• Preferred skills: chest imaging and image post-processing
• Special equipment experience required: GE and Siemens
• Charting system: EPIC
• Patient age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics (preferred), adolescents, adults, and geriatrics (required)
• Scheduling type: per unit needs
• Contract staff may be assigned to a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to report during catastrophic events, mass casualty, or disaster situations
• Scrubs: royal blue
• Orientation: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during week one with required attendance each day
