Opportunity:
RN - General
Job Details:
• Work 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full-time position
• On-call requirement of 1-2 weekends per month
• 8-10 days per month on-call commitment
• No floating to other locations required
• EMR system used: EPIC
• Hospital scrubs provided
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required
• BLS Certification via AHA required
• ACLS Certification via AHA required
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
• Obtain and record initial patient assessments and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care and modify based on patient outcomes
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures
• Coordinate team assignments and delegate unit work assignments appropriately
• Participate in patient health education and discharge planning
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age and type of patient population served required
